Welcome to Sama Art. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Custom Orders

• All artwork is handmade and created specifically for each client.

• Processing time varies depending on the artwork type and workload, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks.

• Urgent requests may be accepted depending on availability.

Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.

• Prices may vary depending on size, subject, and level of detail.

• Payments are processed securely through Wix.

Shipping

• Shipping is available within the United States and internationally.

• Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

• Sama Art is not responsible for delays from postal services.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Since each artwork is custom-made, all sales are final.

• No returns or refunds are accepted after the artwork has been started.

• If you need to cancel, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Artwork Rights

• The artist (Sama Almallahi) maintains all rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may not reproduce, sell, or modify the artwork without permission. • Sama Art may use photos of completed artworks for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear reference photos and correct order details.

• Any mistakes resulting from incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Sama Art.
