Refunds & Returns

• Ready-made products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.

• Custom artwork cannot be returned or refunded, as each piece is created specifically for the client.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• After 24 hours, work may have already begun and cancellations may not be possible.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
