Processing Time for Custom Art
All custom artworks are created by hand. Processing time varies depending on the type of artwork, size, number of elements (people, pets, objects), and current workload.
Estimated processing time for custom orders: 1–4 weeks
(Some orders may be completed sooner depending on complexity.)
If additional time is needed, you will be notified immediately.
Processing Time for Ready-Made Art
Ready-made artworks (items already drawn and available for immediate shipping) are processed within: 1–3 business days
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping from Anaheim, California to all U.S. states.
Estimated delivery time after processing:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery time does not include the art creation time.
International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available. Estimated delivery time after processing:
• 7–21 business days, depending on country and customs.
Customs fees, import taxes, or duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Packaging
All artworks are packaged securely with protective materials to prevent bending, moisture, or damage during transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging.
We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “Delivered,” but we will assist in tracking the shipment with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Orders cannot be refunded or replaced due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
